Green Brunch

Since our basil is growing extremely well on balcony garden, I decided to cook basil pasta! It’s always very satisfying to make things at home but this one is special, as the ingredient itself is homegrown.
キッチンガーデンのバジルが育ちに育っていたので、バジルパスタを作ることにしました。自家製のものを作るのは楽しいですが、今回は材料そのもの(バジル)も自分たちで育てたものなので、特に幸せな気持ちに。。。

One of Rom’s favourite Japanese-dishes, goma-ae! (Just boil  vegetables and mix it with half-grounded sesame seeds with a bit of added sugar and soy sauce.)
Romの好きな日本食の一つ、胡麻和え。

Rom cooked a roast chicken with garlic and potatoes for me. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Delicious!
Romも、ローストチキンを作ってくれました。外はパリパリで中はジューシーでおいしかった。
